Galentine's Party Ideas!
It’s no secret that Valentine’s is my favorite holiday, but I would like to stress that it BECAME my favorite holiday while I was single. I started shifting my mindset and thinking of it as a way to shower some love on my family and friends and do special things for them, and it made it so special! So in honor of that, I wanted to give you some fun options to celebrate with your gal pals this Valentine’s. You can also use some of these items for Galentine’s gifts if you want to send them home with something after the party or send a little something to friend that lives in another city.

This one is probably my favorite of the 3, because come on, sweets are the best part of any holiday! ;) So many fun things for a special cookie baking night with your fave girls! My faves are the teeny tiny heart shaped ramekins or dutch ovens that are perfect for baking single cupcakes or cookies! This cookbook has TONS of fun desserts and is on sale for only $11 right now (in hardcover). It would also be fun to do coffee with your dessert then send your friends home with one of these reusable pink coffee mugs (they’re a great deal at 2 for $26).

More food + drink haha! What is it about a charcuterie board that makes me feel like I can dominate ANY party/get together though?? Anyone else? This heart-shaped slate board is perfect for Valentine’s Day and could definitely be re-used for lots of other events. If you do this party, you absolutely MUST get these girl-y wine labels! They’re only $8 for the pack and just couldn’t be more perfect for Galentine’s! Same as last time, you could send your friends home with one of these wine chiller tumblers (4 for $26) at the end of the party. I also included the dried fruit/nuts box as an easy option for filling out a charcuterie board OR as an option to send to a friend or family member who lives far away! I’m always looking out for my food allergy friends who can’t eat normal chocolates (hi, me).

Having a few friends over, throwing your favorite old chick flick on the TV, and doing face masks all night- doesn’t that sound like the most glorious thing EVER?! I found some great deals on face mask packages if you want a bunch of different ones to choose from or if you all want to do the same one. If you don’t have one of these jade rollers yet, I use mine every night (I keep it in the refrigerator) before bed, and it feels amazing! I think these RoC creams and masks probably pack the biggest punch for your skin that I’ve tried for the affordable price. And totally not a necessary step, but if you want to reallyyyy take it spa-level, diffuse some essential oils (this pack is only $9) in this gorgeous stone diffuser!
I hope this gives you some new ways to celebrate Valentine’s whether or single or not! I know this holiday can be pretty polarizing, but I believe in showing love to those around us, and if we all take one day to be more intentional about that- I don’t think it can be a bad thing! Hope you have a great one!
