Summer to Fall Transition Outfits

So happy about the (hope at least haha) of the temperatures beginning to drop!
Fall fashion is my ABSOLUTE fave so I’ve been so amped for all of the sweaters and booties and corduroy. I rounded up a few outfits today that you can easily wear now and then layer later for when the weather gets cooler! Almost everything is from H&M so the prices are very reasonable too and will be able to last you all season!

I think a good poncho is such a fun, easy idea for fall layering! If you wanted to wear something thicker underneath, you could get away with wearing this in the winter too! Also this pair of jeans is the only pair of flares (so far) that I’ve ever really loved and worn consistently! :)

This slip dress is the perfect wear now, wear later piece! It’s crazy comfortable and comes in multiple colors. Zebra shirt will work well as a workwear option too!

Gimme all the plaid blazers for fall (praise hands)! I love the fit of this one- it’s true to size. And so far this has been my most worn graphic t shirt since it’s so neutral!

This is probably my favorite outfit from this whole round-up! This dress is very lightweight but the colors are fall so it’s easy to wear with boots when it gets a little cooler!

This sweatshirt makes me want to travel! Haha I’ve had these cargo pants since last year, and they were one of my most-worn items last fall! Super comfy and easy to dress up or down- I would size up one in the pants.

I will never be over a basic military shirtdress for fall! I wear these ALL the time for workwear, but you can also dress down with sandals while the weather is still warm!

I think every wardrobe needs a good camel sweater like this one for fall! It’s such a good basic and will be easy to layer with all kinds of outfits in the fall/winter!
I tried everything on in this video and talked more about fit/material if you would like to see what each item looks like on and in movement!
